  • Weight training will help but you have to burn the fat thats over the muscles
  • Try High Intensity Interval Training to help lose the belly fat. For ex: sprint on treadmill or outside for 30 sec then walk or jog for 1min repeat 5-7 times.
  • I liked chocolate, vanilla and strawberry Shakeology. It is very pricey, I usually buy a couple of packets here and there. I tried GNC Total lean meal replacement shake in swiss choclate, I added unsweetened almond milk, almond butter and banana. I blended it all in my nutribullet....delicious.
  • Hello Im new to this app but not new to trying to lose weight. I've been working out for about 1 month now but Im still having a hard time trying to eat right. My goal is to lose 40lbs. I love foood lol. I could use some friends and support as well. Good Luck everyone
  • Cup of soup is really high in salt. Try checking out Dr Oz.com for great tips. I drink protein shakes or Meal Replacement shakes and I adf fiber or ground flaxseed....this keeps me full for a while. For snack you could try homemade spinach chips, apple slices with peanut butter
