19.5 pounds so far AND 24.25 inches. I don't even track carbs. I just eat and exercise.

Exactly...what I thought! Haha!

Thank you! I appreciate your support more than you can imagine!
-
Some days they just happen, but I try to do something every day unless I'm sick.

My situation is just different. I don't even have a debit card. As I mentioned, I only make payments out of my actual bank account 3 or 4 times a month at the most. Sounds like the app works well for you!

It's really not as difficult as it sounds. Once it's set up for the year (takes about an hour at most), then, it takes maybe 1-2 minutes a day to maintain, if that. No spending, no maintenance.
-
I manually enter it. My nickname is "the tracker". I log things first thing in the morning so it isn't cumbersome. I lay out the budget for the entire year so I know what I'm working with.

I keep a very detailed spreadsheet/budget. I know where every red cent is at every second of the day. Obsessive much? All it takes is one time as the victim of identity theft and you get a little crazy about your bank account. On the flip side, I only make about 4 payments a month out of my bank account so it's pretty easy…

Five meals. 8 AM, 10 AM, 12:30 PM, 3 PM and 6:30 or 7 PM depending on my schedule. I plan and pack. Usually around 300 calories a piece...with Meal 3 and 5 more like 400 or 500.

Feel free to add me. I cook a lot of Vegan/Vegetarian (not so much Pescetarian, but occasionally) meals.

^^This! My caloric intake would be seriously skewed if I didn't log the veggies and fruits.

-Make it through the first 30 days of New Rules of Lifting for Women -Not gain 10 pounds on my vacation to New Orleans the middle of this month. -Finish Couch to 5K.

Thank you! I'm so glad you're on MY team!

Fruit. SO sick of hearing about the 'horrible' sugar content in fruit. An apple a day, man. An apple a day.
-
Good on you! I have to wait until September for mine! So excited!
-
Agreed! You look fantastic!

Peanut butter IS the delicious thing. Everything else is just a vehicle for pb consumption. Peanut butter on cardboard would taste good.

Rock on! Congratulations!

Impressive!

I work a desk job so I sit a minimum of 8 hours, but I set my Outlook to alarm every hour to get me out of this chair even if it's just to walk to the mailroom and back. On good days, I do three minutes of exercises each hour: chair squats, calf-raises, dips and wall pushups. It's amazing what you can pack into 3 minutes…

1. The Shootist 2. True Grit (The original, of course. Though I enjoyed the remake even as hard as I tried to hate it) 3. The Magnificent Seven 4. The Good, The Bad and the Ugly 5. Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid No particular order. TV Westerns should be another list. I was a Gunsmoke fan at age 4. LOVED Matt Dillon.

An overwhelming sense of duty to live the best life possible and make a difference.

I've had as little as 1/4 inch of hair on the top of my head. I loved every minute of it. I've done them all: pixie, bob, you-name-it. And you know what? It ALWAYS grows back. It's tricky like that. Go for it! You won't regret it. Just make sure you invest in earrings and lipstick. Long hair covers a multitude of ills.…

Rice Protein! There are also some protein blends that include rice/pea/soy.

Welcome! Feel free to add me if you'd like some support! Good luck on your journey!

This is the one I'm doing with pretty good success. I've had to repeat a couple of weeks because I've never run in my life. When I started running, even 60 seconds was hard for me, but I'm up to 3 minutes and I can handle it. Good luck to you! You CAN do it! http://www.coolrunning.com/engine/2/2_3/181.shtml

No childhood weight problem. Played outside way too much for that. Inherited a high metabolism. But I was never FIT, NEVER. And that's what I want more than anything. I don't care about the number anymore. I just want to be fit.

I just recently got a Polar FT4 and was pleased to see that MFP wasn't that off for me. Like within 50 calories or so. And sometimes my HRM says I burn more than MFP does and vice versa. So, I figure it averages out. But like others have said, it depends on the exercise.

Not even as a child. Still have no desire to get married.

I saw The Three Tenors in concert on the Champs de Mars at the foot of the Eiffel Tower in Paris in '98. THE most beautiful experience ever.
