Don't sweat a day or two under your BMR. It all averages out over a few days. Besides, we never really know calories anyways. All we do is get close. Rounding rules on labels can make them off by as much as 10%. You'll do great!

Since everyone seems to love it, maybe you can answer this. How does it count calories? If I walk 3 miles and somebody in great shape weighing half my weight walks the same distance, wouldn't the calories be very different? Also, does it know if you are in are car or does it think you are running really fast?

This MUST be way below your BMR. You might want to consider getting a second opinion.

Personally, I treat all of these like a bathroom scale. They may not be perfectly accurate but they are consistent. Since everyone is different the best you can ever get is a close estimate. Use it a gauge but don't treat it as if it's written in stone. Good luck with your goals!
