As Far as the Weight watchers vs. calorie counter, they are essentially the same. Points have a caloric value for the most part. Weight watchers is the one diet plan that is listed in my nutrition textbook as having a good rate of long term success. Ultimately it's about the individual. The best thing I ever did to wade…

I'm not sure if it's my computer or the link but I don't see a donation page. Am I doing something wrong?

My wife loves when I pull out her chair.

I'm no doctor but if I don't stretch me hamstrings well after my workout my back hurts. I'm told it'd because when the hamstrings get tight, especially after abs, legs and cardio it pulls on the pelvic bone and rotates it out of alignment. This puts pressure on the L4 and L5 lumbar.

Feel free to add me as well, unless you are the starvation diet type. It's kinda hard to be supportive of dangerous eating.

I go everyday at 8 am sharp. Unfortunately my alarm is set for 9!

I used to sweat like Niagara Falls. I got sick (unrelated) and had to stop caffeine during my recovery. It turns out that was a major factor for me. If you take in lots of caffeine, remember it's a diuretic and will contribute to your perspiration. Don't get me wrong, I'd happily be sweaty and caffeinated if that was an…

It takes 3500 calories above your TDEE to gain 1 pound. I assure you that you didn't do that with a burger. Don't sweat 1 bad day. I like veggies, But I LOVE burgers. If you never splurge, it's a almost impossible to stay on track. Enjoy eating once in a while, just don't get crazy with it.

I am unemployed and only go to school 2 days a week. I am happy to be supportive.

Have you had any blood work recently. It could very well be low hemoglobin. Your diet seems balance and you are getting an appropriate kcal intake. Perhaps it's something less visible. Good luck.

I had a heart attack in February. I signed up for a nutrition class at community college right after. Best thing I ever did.

I eat what I want. As long as I keep my calories above my BMR and below my TDEE there is no reason to deprive myself the things I like. If I want pizza I have a couple slices with a side salad. If I want steak I have a small steak and veggies. By not depriving myself, i can be happy with what I eat and that's powerful.

If you are willing to share your lemon pepper chicken recipe, please message it to me. Always looking for new things to do with chicken.

I use the Good Season Italian seasoning but swap out the regular vinegar for Balsamic. It's a hit at me table.

Congrats and good luck. Feel free to friend me.

I'm here because I survived a heart attack in February. I took a nutrition class to learn to eat better and the professor suggested a food diary. My cholesterol is down to 182 from 350 and I've lost over 13 lbs since I started 10 weeks ago. I'm hear to help me live, because the alternative is not appealing.

There you go using logic and science again to ruin all the fun. Next thing you know you'll be telling me not to buy that bridge in London.

From Livestrong.com and the CDC Protein Eaten in Excess The CDC emphasizes that in general, 10 percent to 35 percent of your calories should come from proteins daily. For adults, that tends to be approximately 50 g of protein daily and 63 g for males daily. This number can change dependent on exercise, trauma, or disease…
