I just had 4 reduced fat Triscuts with a wedge of Laughing Cow Light swiss for 104 calories and it hit the spot. I had a glass of iced green tea with it. Should hold me over until dinner!

Same here. 2 c-sections. I don't have an answer but just wanted to tell you that you're not alone! Mine is exactly like you described. I can suck it in good and it looks pretty flat, but relaxed it bows out something terrible. I have been actually comtemplating a tummy tuck, but wanted to give it a few months of all out…

Go for it. I'm a bit more than halfway through Phase One and I can't say enough good about it. Eating more, feeling better than I have in forever. I've "only" lost 3.5 pounds in the last month, but I'm happy with that. My arms and legs feel tighter and my waist is definitely smaller. Down a belt loop on my belt! I'm eating…

Because women can't stop comparing themselves to other women. I know. I am one.

In my experience, the average chicken breast is not 4 oz. More like 6 oz. Investing in a food scale has been eye opening for me. Just my two cents.

Very similiar! I'm 5'7 and 151 right now. Just want out of the 150's SO BAD. Losing slowly, lifting weights 3x/week and staying around 1500-1550 day. Congrats on the 149! Must feel great!!! :)

It's Seven Seas Balsamic and Basil Viniagrette. Maybe it's new? I use it sparingly because it does contain a bit of sugar. Try to use those foods to stay within decent macros each day. Good luck!

You look so much younger! Great job!

This. Once I realized that I don't need to fill my plate half way with pasta/potato/stuffing and bread and I started replacing that with veggies...it's been pretty easy to stay within my limits. I usually have a slice of whole grain bread with breakfast. A sweet potato at dinner, etc. But I've given up most pasta,…

It's a book, New Rules of Lifting for Women. It contains info on starting a weight lifting program and includes nutrition info/dietary info. Having no lifting experience, it's been pretty informative for me.

I think you already nailed it. When you don't plan it all goes out the window. I pre log a lot my days. I make meals ahead of time on the weekends to bring to work. So plan. And have a back up plan, until it's habit. If you find yourself faced with an emotional moment, the plan is to do something else besides give in. Go…

You look great! What a change in 2 months!

I just took a quick peek at your diary, and I'm by no means an expert, but I'd suggest you don't skip breakfast. Get some more lean protein overall. Cut back a little on refined carbs. I'm fighting the belly too, and refined carbs are not my friend. I don't use MFP to log, I started with Lose It and I haven't switched…

Aww, honey...you can change it. Just look at some of the amazing transformations on this board. You can find some fantastic inspiration here. I have. You have to plan, commit and work it. You can succeed! You already have made changes and progress. You lost 37 pounds and 3 inches! Keep going girl!!!

I'm doing it at home for now too. I'm half way through Phase One. I have adjustable dumbells (to 50 each I think), a swiss ball and a bow flex (good for the rows and lat pull downs). Would love a barbell, but I don't have the room. So far so good though, I'm really liking the program. The hardest part is probably NOT…

I started NROL4W on 3/1. About 1/2 through Phase one and so far I really love it. Even have my hubby getting up at 5 am to lift with me! We are doing it at home for now, we have everything but a barbell, so we are subbing with dumbells. So far so good. How did you like 1A? I thought I was going to hate the jacknifes but I…

WOW! As a 5'7", 30-something mother of two who just this morning weighed in at 153.1, you are TRULY an inspiration to me! Your first picture is very similiar to the way I look right now. I hope my hard work pays off like yours did! Fantastic job!!! Thank you for posting your pics!
