Ideas for snacks with tea that are under 120 calories?

Fruit is all well and good on its own, but does not really go with tea. I think I need something flour based. I'm just used to it.
But all the usual treats are so above the calorie limit, that they don't make sense.

    I just had 4 reduced fat Triscuts with a wedge of Laughing Cow Light swiss for 104 calories and it hit the spot. I had a glass of iced green tea with it. Should hold me over until dinner!

    many cookies are under 100 calories! just watch your portions!
