You can have the same effect if you just vomited after eating and save tons of money. These capitalist who invent **** like this are targeting those people who already have eating disorders of one type or another. Way to make money and keep everyone unhealthy.

I have not adjusted my goals. My doctor says I have to lose 25 pounds, so I'm sticking to that goal. Then, I plan to work on maintaining. Maybe I'll feel different when i reach my goal. But, for now, I am more concerned about my health. Good question though.

Hi, I wouldn't talk to him about his eating habits. By now he's very much aware and is choosing his lifestyle. I would suggest that you take care of yourself and talk to him about each of buying your own foods, since your tastes are way different.

Sometimes we lose our perception to be thirsty. I suggest you just drink water whether you are thirsty or not, just because your body needs it.

I am a great fan of Dean Koontz and read and reread his novels. I mediate and pray at least 3 times a day. I do my karate workout when I can. I enjoy walks on the beach, mountain climbing and walking my dog. I also like to rescue animals and put them up for adoption.

Hi, Listen, ignore those that don't understand you. I used to be a runner, 5 miles a day. And, I ran because I loved it. Not to run K10's or marathons or train for the Olympics, just for fun. So, you go girl.

Hi, there. I would recommend all of the above. But, just add to try to find a track to go jogging on, with soft turf. Avoid asphalt and cement. They are hard on your knees. I used to run 5 miles a day, but now my knees are shot. I had to stop running.
