Stuck on Social Media?

Hello, all!

I am Melissa Nolan- 20 sophomore in college and highly motivated! That being said, I have a Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Tumblr account. A lot of them I use for motivation but I found myself sitting on those looking inspirational videos and pictures and getting pumped.

I then realized that thinking about the gym doesn't burn those calories!

So I closed my laptop, laid on the floor, held it directly above my face and started doing weighted crunches with the thing that keeps me from exercising the most!

I also thought it to be funny and I hope it helps some of you to get off your darn computer and remember that something is more than nothing!

Add me- I would love to help and support anyone and I am looking for support myself.

    I know that if I spent as much time exercising, as I do talking about exercise on this forum, I'd be a stone lighter!!!

    You have a good attitude. Saying you're going to do something and actually doing it, are two different things.
