I agree - keep doing what your doing. If after a week you are already seeing results you are doing something right. It is impossible to spot reduce (meaning just get rid of your stomach). Wet just the strap before every use. When you get your HRM the strap will have two sensor strips on it, that is the part you want to wet. Then, after wetting the sensors and putting the strap on you can attach the little battery piece, put on your watch and begin your workout!!!!

If you have a HRM you could always wear it while working to see exactly how many calories you are burning while you are there. Then you can create a specific exercise for it if you would like and log the calories you burn into your diary that way.
