Salt, pepper and thyme, you can add a little lemon or lime if you want, but the thyme will take care of the "fishy" flavor so you really don't need the citrus. I can tell you from experience that once you go back to eating none organic food, you will feel awful every time you eat. Most of everything will probably make you sick. When you eat organic you are helping your body heal and you are getting healthier by doing so, you are not eating all those chemicals they add to food.…

Thank you CalderaGal, I have tried yoga before and it does help, I try to do it every once in a while, in fact most of the weight I've lost so far was doing yoga. Now after much physical therapy I've been able to do bike-cycling and hopefully I'll get to running soon. :)
