Feel free to add me. I have been doing this on my own and could use the support as well. I have tried to lose weight before and I didn't really get the support from my family that I was hoping for, they would try to sabotage my efforts. So here I am.

@janarn329 - Stick with it... dealing with the stress of personal and family upheaval is not easy. Unfortunately, I stress eat, the more stress I am under (mostly, 99.9% family related) the more the cravings hit. Hope you have a good weekend.
