Wow! I see a big difference, especially in your back! Great job!

You are beautiful! From just looking at the photo it looks like you don't need to loose any more at all.

Sour cream, this is a more recent addiction for me, I'm not sure why. I could eat it on just about anything, but I do limit it to 2 TB a day.

Tried on a pair of size 14 jeans this morning that I have tried on every Friday morning for the last 3 weeks, but couldn't zip. This morning they fit perfect!

I just log as best as I can. My husband took me out to dinner tonight, didn't know he was going to so I didn't allow extra calories for it. Thought I would be way over, but ended up only around 330 over. So sometimes it isn't as bad as you think its going to be.

I think loosing 1.8lbs in a week and having a slow thyroid is awesome. I don't have any medical issues (except fibro) and all I can manage each week is -1 lb. My suggesting is to start measuring yourself and stop worrying about the scales, they are not your friend! A slow and steady loss will results in being able to keep…

The first thing I would suggest is to not use the word "retarded". That is extremely belittling to people with disabilities.

48 minutes and I was not last. I was just proud of myself for doing it.

I've had my gallbladder removed without any issues. It hasn't hindered weight loss and I eat what I want.

Im 43 and back at it again recently. I initially lost 37 lbs, but gained back 17 lbs last fall after my husband had a health scare (almost died). I am a stress eater and I stopped exercising and started eating crazy again. I am perimenopause and I also have fibromyalgia, but I'm not letting any of that stop me! Feel free…

I weighed my pizza before I ate it and only ate what fit in my calorie goal. Normally I eat half the pizza.

I think those who are saying, don't listen to your husband, he can't tell you what to do are wrong. No, he shouldn't be telling you what to do, but you do need to listen. And he needs to listen to you. That is why the divorce rate is so high in this country, everyone is so self centered. He shouldn't demand that you not…

I make the overnight cold, but I have to heat it up to eat it. I think it tastes nasty cold.

Just keep what you are doing, a little at a time you will be able to do more. When the weather is nice go outside and just walk around. I have fibro, when I started I couldn't even walk a mile, now two years later I am running. Do what you feel like you are able to do and just don't give up!

I suffer from fibro that virtually disappears in the summer, but goes full force in the winter. This winter I have been in a lot of pain. I completed Couch to 5K this summer and ran a 5K on Labor Day. When winter hit my legs ached so bad I couldn't run. I now have some compression sleeves for my legs and am slowly getting…

You can add me! I am 42 and been on MFP for around 2 years. I initially lost 34 lbs, but have put some back on. I am currently 209 and want to get down to 150. This is going to be my year to finally take control!

Lincoln. It is my son's name, it isn't super common, but it is a name everyone recognizes and knows how to spell.

I fluctuate 2-3 lbs daily, I don't think its anything to worry about. You realize you haven't been eating the best, increase your water intake and go back to eating healthy and the weight will come off fast. I don't know your circumstances, so forgive me if I am assuming wrong, but have you taken a pregnancy test? I became…

You can do it! Keep us updated!

I'm wondering if you should check with your doctor. I had more trouble with my breathing in the beginning, but by the time I was in week 6 I could control my breathing a lot better. It kind of worries me that your HR didn't go down while walking. That aside, it really is difficult when you train on a flat surface and then…

I agree, focus on the distance. After I graduated I always went 5K even if I had to walk the last ten minutes or so. Each time I got a little closer to running the whole thing. After you get the distance down speed will come, I have went from 50 minutes to 45 minutes since graduating. Rundouble has a 5K improvement…

I use the orange cleaner made my Clean and Clear that has the salicylic acid in it.

If you are really going to do this make sure what you eat is good healthy food. As everyone has already said, I really disagree with 800 calories a day. I think you will loose, but its not going to be healthy and its not going to help you learn how to eat for the long haul. Please seek a second opinion!

It is shin splints. Make sure you have good running shoes that fit correctly, look up exercises to strengthen that area, and also google taping shin splints. Taping my shins did more good than anything else.

Those of you with hypo, did any of you feel discomfort in your throat? I have felt like my throat is swollen (kind of a strangling sensation) since April, I've been to ENT and he says besides post nasal drip that I don't have anything wrong. I gained 10lbs super fast in April/May and have only been able to loose 6 or 7…

I love the 40 calorie fudgesicles.

If your diary is correct it looks like you are skipping meals and when you do eat it is pizza rolls and macaroni and cheese. You need to eat good food and you need to eat more of it. It looks like you aren't even logging your exercise. I have been at this for 18 months, lost 34 lbs and put 10 lbs back on, but there is no…

Awesome! I think you finished great! I enjoy trail runs a lot more than pavement, but I have to increase my speed before I move on to trails. I just finished my first 5K today and came in at 47.06 minutes, but hey, I finished and I wasn't last! Congrats!

Awesome!
