  • There is one of me. She is beautiful and has a beautiful family! I thought of friending her but am afraid she will think I'm a wierdo!
  • I hope she is on her way to the doctor. If that is a spider bite it could turn serious very fast. My mom's neighbor got bit in her car, she had to pull over before she got home because she got sick that fast, she almost lost her leg over the whole thing. Edited to add, hope it gets better. What country are you in?
  • Awesome! Your children will thank you when they are old enough to understand. We have begged my mom to stop for years, but she wont. She is now 66 and it is starting to affect her health, it is scary and sad to see.
  • ^^ Totally agree with this!
  • I have taken Loestrin for almost 10 years with out any problems. But, everyone's bodies react differently to different pills. Ask your doctor to change you to something that works better for you.
  • I don't like my beans in a crock-pot, I can never seem to get them soft enough. I like mine a little mooshy. For navy beans I rinse them, soak them over night, rinse them again in the morning. Then I cook them on low/med with some diced ham in them and sometimes onions. I cook them for several hours until they are soft.
  • "Worry never robs tomorrow of its sorrow, it only saps today of its joy." My momma, I don't know who originally said it, but she always used to quote it to me.
  • I was eating 1100-1200 daily and stalled for 2 weeks after loosing 20 lbs. Started eating around 1500 and I'm loosing again.
  • I started at the end of April, I'm 5ft 5, was 227, wearing size 18 and they were getting tight. Now, July 25, I'm down 24lbs, lost 3 inches around my waist, I'm wearing 16s. I actually have one pair of 14s that fit good. My other 14s I can get them on and button, but they are too tight to wear.
  • Yes, you are definitely eating way too little! I was doing the same thing, its been wired in us that we have to starve to loose weight. I lost 23 lbs in 2.5 months and then came to a complete stand still for two weeks. I was eating 1000-1200 every day. I increased to 1300-1500 a day, it took 3 days, but the weight is…
  • I have to disagree with this. Consistently eating extremely low calories does damage to your organs. My mil ate below 1200 daily for years and now has kidney failure. You have to fuel your bodily functions.
  • I make my own too and the only calories in it is from the skim milk. I like it better than McDonalds, its not so overwhelmingly sweet.
  • I had them so bad when I did 30DS that I couldn't even walk for a day. It took a good month to heal and occasionally I still have pain in my left shin. I have been doing the toe lifts and spelling out the abcs with my toe in the air. Motrin and ice help too. Good luck!
  • I will graduate with my Masters in Special Ed in June. I will be licensed to be an intervention specialist for grades K -12 and endorsed in reading. I gained 11 lbs during the first year of school. My goal is to wear the dress I wore when my husband proposed to me (16 years ago) on graduation day. Still a long way to go!
  • Doing that much exercise you definitely need to increase your calories.
  • Those kind of posts don't make me feel like I need to be thinner than what my goal is. But they disturb me so much! When I see a profile pic of a rail thin 20 year old and her goal is to loose 30 more pounds I kind of loose it. It worries me and I don't know what to say. A lot of times the title is something like "I can't…
  • I am the same way. I am 204lbs, down 23lbs, but I still can't jog. I walk 2 miles a few times a week. I usually try to jog a little during each walk, but when I jog (even very slowly) if I go over 60 seconds I feel like passing out. And I have been to a doctor and I'm completely healthy. So I guess it is just something…
  • Was it a clean fork or one he already had in his mouth? If he had already had the fork in his mouth, I would say "here, I don't eat after other people" gave him the shake and he could pay for it. I don't eat or drink after anyone else, not even my kids. I would have been mad. If it was a clean fork, I would have said "hey,…
  • 5:06pm I'm lower than normal because I felt sick at lunch, I'm at 480
  • No, I don't lie to my chart because it would only be hurting myself. I've only had to up my weight once, by 2 lbs. That was enough to teach me to be more diligent. My friends are very supportive on here and if I have had on off day or gain they give me lots of encouragement which keeps me going!
  • Yes, me too! I am just walking right now because when I tried to run too soon I developed shin splints. But I got myself a good pair of shoes and when the weather cooperates I am going to start adding short spurts of running. I can't wait to just be able to run and run and run!
  • I am at 207 and I have been doing these ab exercises for 3 days now www.youtube.com/watch?v=HK6mKUEY09o&feature=relmfu . I have already lost almost a 1/2 inch around my waist since starting. This set of exercises are standing, so it might be good for you with your injury.
  • I'm going to send you a message.

  • I think it is awesome. It would be different if you were forcing her to do. I say the more exercise kids get the better!
  • I'm going to be blunt. You are making excuses. You obviously have a problem. I'm not saying it to be mean, I'm saying it to try and help you. As others have said every community has some sort of mental health services that is free or charges based on your income. If you are in Berwick PA there is a place called CMSU in…
  • Yep, makes me sick. If my kids want fast food (which I don't allow very often) I always get a salad.
  • I was wondering about the weather and sun when you jogged. I used to suffer from migraines and my sister has them too. Sun and hot weather is a trigger for both of us. I don't know where you are, but it was 100 degrees here yesterday. Even at 8pm it was still 86. Hope it was a one time thing for you. I know how horrible…
  • This^ My doctors thought I was having a heart attack. I was having excruciating pain from acid reflux. Mostly caused from being 85 lbs overweight. I have lost 20 lbs, I feel great, its most definitely worth it. I want to feel good and live to see my grandchildren.
  • I did something very similar too. Five years ago I lost 30 lbs, about half way to goal. I'm not sure what happened, I think I thought I could maintain without giving it an effort. I gained it all back, then last summer I started graduate school and I gained another 10 lbs! I was so mad at myself. I have now lost 20 lbs,…
  • I don't drink and neither does my husband. Watching my dad stumble in the door every night for my entire childhood made me realize what a fool it can make of you.
