I'm in. I do a 3.5 miles at least 5 times a week. I'm going to take myself off maintenance and see if I can lose those last two pounds.

I've been on my last few pounds since October 2009. Some months a lost 1/2 a pound the entire month. I finally quite worring about it and went on maintenance. I would love to join the "Last 10" support group and would love to hear other's tips and ideas.

I have an F7 and absolutely love it! Wouldn't exercise without. I run for 38 minutes at 5.0 MPH / 2.0 incline on my Treadmill and burn 350 calories. My Treadmill says I burned 610 even though my weight is only 119 and I have that programmed into my machine. I only trust my HRM.
