  • Hi! Maybe try the Great Grains banana nut cereal...the calories aren't much lower, but the whole grains require plenty of chewing! I love the raisin, date, & pecan flavor, but after one bowl I really don't care to chew anything else...plus it's pretty filling. Good luck!
