First Food at Work Tomorrow

Okay....I have just started the program and I have been doing good so far with working out and watching what I eat and I was very excited to lose 2 lbs on my first week but......we have a food day at work tomorrow. It is going to be so hard to say no to all of the food and not hurt people's feelings. Everyone will ask me, did you try my dish and if you say no then you will hurt their feelings. How do I decline having to sample every dish without hurting people's feelings? Anyone else have this problem at like family get-togethers or work functions?

That sounds like fun, a sample could be a just a spoonful..maybe not entirely trackable, but guesstimate and enjoy yourself!0

Enjoy yourself and choose foods that will benefit your new eating goals. Perhaps suggest for future share days is to have more healthy options.
Just remember to enjoy in moderation.0
