I am not sure how sodium will be filtered from the zeroWater or how th food would taste after that.. you still need sodium.. try some low sodium bottled water.. u can see that in nutrition facts on the water bottle.

Hi Chels, Yes, sodium makes you retain water in your body. Although you still need sodium, but try to reduce it as much as you can. specially in drinking water where some sodium levels are too high.

I'm not a doctor, but I guess you are gaining muscles weight as well. Again.. check your diet and make sure that you are burning enough calories.. I don't mind having a muscle cell instead of each fat cell i got. :tongue:

I use a mixture of all of the above... sometimes special K, others Nestle Fitness with fruites.. also Alpen has some good products.. not to get bored try some of this and that with skimmed milk..

I started my third attempt to lose weight last week only and I weighed myself only today. I'm keeping away from the scale as much as I can, but temptation to jump over it is very high. I think once a week is suitable to avoid large fluctuating and the reward yourself on timely basis. :drinker:
