I have a love hate relationship with running. I hate the thought of it, I hate long distance running, but boy do I love the feeling of flying when I sprint.

I ran a whole mile yesterday. Although I do not particularly like running I did like completing the task. I ran a mile in 11 minutes.

Quite cute :D My husband would be grinning if he saw the clip. He likes that movie. He got me to pretend to be a zombie for our friend's niece. Yuck, I dislike zombie mania. Oh well the little girl got a kick out of it and my husband smiled it was worth the vomit. JK lol.

At this juncture I do not weigh my food. Thus far using the standard method has worked out for me. Thank God!. I did it! I did 3 sets of 20 reps with five pound weights. It was getting a little rough on the last set but I was also doing lunges between sets to non-stop. You can do it, Gang!

Great idea! I do a rotation of sorts. I am currently doing my 20 Second Fitness again and my elliptical. But two weeks prior I was doing my own made calisthenics routine. Mixing it up keeps you interested.
