I don't think eating 1400 calories/ day is eating too much.. but I agree with the importance to mesure and weigh the foods and drinks. I do Zumba on my Wii and let me tell you, it is the best.. you don't feel like you exercise because it is so much fun!!! you will love it.. and it makes your heart pumps No doubt about it:)

Yes it's my final 35lbs before my goal weight I am 5'8" and few yrs ago I weight 135-140 and felt very comfortable in my skin.. By the way your before and after pics are amazing Congrats!

I did WW for a while and was tracking my food in MFP as well to compare and the points plus allowance (26/day) that I had was very very close to what I had set for myself on MFP which is 1500 cal/day..so to me it is a no brainer MFP is free and there is a tone of support here as well..
