  • I use a tablespoon of olive oil mayo and 2 tablespoons of FF greek yogurt and pickle relish per can of tuna. So yummy and you still get the "mayo" taste...
  • I'm Dani... total Zumba-addict. Contemplating 2 classes today. One easy one at noon and a super intense one at 6:30... I am trying to convince myself that I cannot stand nachos (really I love them but if I tell myself how gross they are maybe I'll stop craving them)!
  • YES! I stick to wine but every now and then a nice beer hits the spot. In the summer I enjoyed the Miller Chill which are really low calorie. I read on the newbie thread why it's important to make sure you eat your exercise calories, because if you don't you run the risk of eating too few calories which can put your body into starvation mode. I still have trouble eating veggies... So what other ways are you getting your protein?
  • My BMR is 1670. According to my research (from having my BMR done at the doctor's office and meeting with a nutritionist) you should never eat less than your BMR plus 20%. If you do you risk messing up your metabolism. I work for a calorie deficit on average of about 600/day. After using my BodyBugg I usually get to about…
