I found ISO- ZERO platinum protein powder and use the flavorless one, I mix it with heavy cream and ice cubes and sometimes a shot of left over coffee. I also have flavored Stevia drops if I need a bit more sweet.

Well, 157lbs was my weigh in....not quite the 155 I wanted for the end of the month but I'm feeling really great so no regrets!!! Have a fabulous Monday you fit and fantastic people!!

I lived off of pizza dogs for the first few weeks, I sliced a chicken hot dog or two down the middle and open them up then put pepperoni slices on top and mozza cheese! So delicious, full of fat and keeps me satisfied for hours! Edited to say I bake them or broil them :smiley:

I've been consistent, and no loss this pass week! But I remain feeling great and my lifts are still going up so I'll take it for now I guess! lol Have a great week you wonderfully amazing people!!!

My gym offers it, and it's free to members but not always very reliable. I use it for Jango radio mostly but I have been known to watch Netflix during a cardio session. I mostly lift so I find cardio a necessary evil but incredibly boring :/

I received a Fitbit Blaze for Christmas and I love it!! I don't use it much for steps but love it for weight lifting, it keeps track of my heart rate so I can have a better idea of my calories burned during a lifting session (which isn't very much) lol

My 1 week weigh in is 160lbs...down 3 from last week. I have been lifting regularly so I know my muscles are retaining some water because, you know, DOMS! lol Feeling fantastic, pushing past the headaches with salty broth and feeling much less bloated!! Have a great week folks!

Hi, I'm a few days late getting back on track but here we go.... CW 163 GW 155 - Feb Ultimate GW 145 Macros set at 5% carbs, 70% fat and 25% protein I'll be back to the gym hopefully tomorrow, following the Strong Lift 5x5 Happy New Year!! I have a wonderful feeling that 2017 is going to rock!!!

I make lots of fat bombs....bunless bacon cheese burgers are a must...pork rinds in dip are incredible...a cheese crust pizza hits the spot and of course dark chocolate and tea with extra cream!! You'll get through this, keep calm and keto on!!

I made sugar free jello with 1 cup of sour cream and 1 cup of full fat whipping cream added. I portioned it out into 6 servings and it has done well with my macros. Low protein, low carb and very high fat!

I like the shirataki yam noodles the best. If you rinse them off well and then quickly boil them for a few minutes. They absorb the flavor of whatever you mix them with. I put them in soups as well. Very tasty!
