I made it with sour cream instead of cream cheese once as well and it was very tasty. I do not add the sweetener, I prefer to sprinkle some garlic salt on the top and keep them savory.

Wore some ripped jeans out dancing Saturday night and my thighs didn't bulge out the holes like sausage when I sat down the way they had in February which was the last time I had tried those jeans on.

One of the perks of this WOE as far as I'm concerned! In my opinion I've never felt so satisfied with a "diet" in my whole life!! Not feeling hungry is one of the reasons many of us do IF, and as you go along you may find that works for you as well! Good luck with your goals and enjoy the fullness!! :smiley:

I just discovered the French vanilla Stevia drops at my local health food store. They are a bit pricey but a few drops does the trick in my yogurt and so I think the bottle might last me forever! lol

I can squat more than my body weight!! My weight is at a number that I haven't seen in over 6 years! I have collar bones! :smiley:

I've been so incredibly happy with this WOE and have lost 18lbs since the end of March. Saturday was my BFF's bday BBQ and I did well until the coconut cake came out...so I had a small sliver and tried to move on. The next day she brought the rest of the cake over for my kids....but guess who got into the coconut frosting…

Anyone have any experience with switching the protein powder for something else in the soul bread recipe?? I can't seem to find any zero carb flavorless protein powder.

I agree that YouTube is great and so is Pinterest!! I'm a MAC makeup fan but also use the Naked Palette. It's fun to play around with your eyeliner application once in a while to change your look, I have bought some cheap eyeliners from Avon in all different colors. Don't be afraid to experiment a little! ;)

I'm currently doing keto and heavy lifting. I follow the strong lift 5x5 (I can squat more than I weigh now :smiley: ) I noticed a bit of light headedness at the beginning but have not notice any decrease in my strength.
