  • I did Stronglifts 5x5 when I started Keto WOE. I did notice an initial decrease in strength at first while I was trying to figure out my macros and my electrolytes but it all worked itself out. I still lift heavy weights, over a year later!

  • I made a bacon weave...mixed ground pork and ground beef with one egg and some mustard and a bit of the keto BBQ sauce I made a few weeks ago. I spread the meat mixture over the bacon weave and then I put haloomi cheese in the middle and then roll it up all nice and tight. This is what it looked like all cooked.
