but not necessarily in the same doses. again, it is added to so much of what typical westerners already eat, and is naturally present in so much else, that I doubt many require a supplement. at least until I see the studies showing evidence for a high dose maintenance level.

i'm trying out that advice today! third day in my new job... what could possibly go wrong?

I would want to see the trials he references before commenting on that. but I will say, something being used medicinally in the event of a specific illness is not the same as proof that all can and should take it everyday.

this is true. though her answer to the deep, philosophical questions does tend to be limited to 'prrrrp', affectionate headbutts, hand licking and the occasional motivational pat.

you would date my cat? I don't blame you. she's a sweetheart. shame about the fish breath though.

'vitamins' is a broad brush. the gov recommends folic acid for anyone pregnant or trying o get pregnant. that effects of a deficiency are so dire, and excess just pees out, that it's not worth taking the chance on. the chances of lacking in C these days are pretty slim. it's added to all sorts of food, and ascorbic acid is…

I don't think this thread went quite the way the OP expected...

I love threads like this. ask women what they want and you get a ton of guys answering for us. mostly saying we're pretty much hookers, only wanting men with money and putting that ahead of everything else. oh, and a massive todger, obviously. we're all incredibly shallow. what do I, an actual woman answering for myself,…

not exactly rocket science, is it? people eating a balanced diet are unlikely to need them. I might start taking D in winter, because i'm a brit and we don't have sunshine.

playtime with your young son is important. kids only get one childhood, and interactive play is important for his physical, social, emotional and intellectual development. well... yes! my weight is my fault/accomplishment, the same as every adult who isn't starved, force fed or suffering from a medical condition. your…

the guys I date have been the type to get seriously stroppy if I even think about paying, so I never paid much attention. I assume they'd hand the bill to whoever asked for the bill in the first place.

try cooking with your parents. they might appreciate the time spent doing something together, you might pick up a few skills, and you'll be able to figure out what you're eating.

chill. and then chill some more. as long as you don't go above maintenance levels, you won't gain, you'll just lose one day of losing. which, in the grand scheme of things, isn't a big deal.

you should stop eating once you're sated. it's a good habit to get into. my leftovers almost always end up in the dog & cat, so I don't feel wasteful. <- suzycat tucking into cauliflower. but maybe start making smaller portions.

if I see a bigger guy/girl running, my first thought is 'good for you!'. most people are decent people. most people will think that too.

I do this, but not on a regular schedule. not for the weight loss but for the other possible benefits. in mice it extended life, reduced diabetes and heart disease, etc. human trial haven't been going long enough to give solid proof yet, and there's still no evidence on what is the ideal schedule, but they've found things…

ok, i'm going to add pedants to my list.

it's one of the most common fantasies for women, and not that uncommon for men. it doesn't mean people want the reality. I've heard way scarier fantasies than that!

when I think about it. if an experiment comes to mind, like measuring daily fluctuations or PMS bloating, i'll weigh more than once a day. otherwise, I might not bother for months.

two faced? j/k

good point. I have daddy issues and like chest fur.

I quite like both of those!

oh, it wasn't clinical. I was letching. in a non-flirtatious way.

if you're in pain from the weight of them then I vote getting it fixed sooner rather than later. might be an idea to wait until your body is at goal size everywhere else, because you want to know what your boobs are going to do when you've lost the weight, and because you don't want to be eating at a deficit (or feeling…

were I not so frigid and antisocial, I would take this opportunity to flirt. nice torso though.

dick pics: if I haven't asked to see it, you're no better than a flasher. abusive: if I see you bullying shop staff or waiters, I don't like you. sense of entitlement: I don't owe you a conversation, a date or sex just because you want it. and I don't owe you an explanation as to why not. rude about his exes: we all have a…

exercise doesn't need to mean hours at the gym. you can do squats while you're waiting for the microwave to ping, press ups against the counter while the kettle boils, run up & down the stairs an extra time, dance if your favourite song comes on. little things add up and they're absolutely better than nothing.

yup, I was talking to my eldest today and we both fluctuate 1-3 pounds in a day, and I put on up to 7 with my pre-menstrual bloating. how many surplus cals would you need to have eaten for that 4 to be in fat? don't fret, just weigh again in a few days.
