  • I saw it at walmart in the cereal section near the gluten free stuff but I got mine at our local grocery in the organic section. Bob's Red Mill is the stuff I use. You can also find it on Amazon pretty cheap.

  • Good to see some Dukan Dieters! Sheesh. I thought I was the only one. None replied to my intro! Is there a group in the group forum for Dukan? Also, Red Mill sells Oat Bran. Not sure where you are, but AMAZON sells it as well.
  • I am healthy. I won't be asking for any cheering. And please, let me know where in the rules of MFP does it say I have to post at least 900 calories a day on my food diary?
