I can't add much more to what others are saying but please don't just give up. I would like to wish you good luck and to say it is possible and any change is better than none.

Wow what a great achievement. I can remember when I ran my first mile and had to phone my sis in law up ( as she is runner) and celebrate. Well done.
-
look for nakd bars - not massive on the protein but natural and made from nuts/fruits.
-
Well I'm going to be a harlot alongside you.

Ditto Shipley here too.

Unfortunately it seems you are doing everything you can and until she takes it a step further or you get the opportunity to get some personal details you are stuck in limbo. Just keep doing what you are doing and keep safe. Hopefully it will tail off and you will be ;left in peace.

Hi another coeliac here. Have been for over 20 years now. My diary is open and I tend to cook lots from scratch. It can be hard starting out but you soon get used to eating gluten free. There are lots of books on g/f cooking especially cakes so just type gluten free into amazon.

When I started T25 my weight went up but everyone was noticing I was getting smaller. Dont let it put you off and there are many other ways of measuring success.
-
Well done on your weight loss and all your hard work. glad there are others out there who eat more and still lose.
-
I'm only 5'5 and my goal weight is just under 140lbs. You say that doing anything physical makes you too tired - this is a sign that you are not eating enough. I train 5 days out of 7, run a busy household and also study but still have lots of energy. I dont think you need to lose weight but instead concentrate on getting…

We have come up with a plan to raid the nearest farm shop (seeds), book store ( books on farming/ medicine) and the pharmacy for drugs and then head out onto the moors. We even had a name for those who looted- 'TV nickers cos as you've said a tv wont get you anywhere in the post zombie world.

My LO is poorly and I've not slept for two nights - plus as she is not at nursery I'm having to study in the evening and unfortunately study has to come before the gym.

First just t like to wish you good luck. Make a list of all the reasons why you want to lose weight and keep it where you can see it. Start of slowly - it can be hard to make massive changes. Maybe for one week just frop 100 calories or walk for 10 minutes and then the next week add a bit more. YOU can do this but as you…

Thanks for all the gifs - I've going to show them to my PT and say this is how it should be done.
-
That actually makes a lot of sense. Because i also have other food allergies my diet is very restrictive and its hard to say no when you find something you enjoy and can it have it.

another lass from Yorkshire - just outside Leeds although originally sort of from Norfolk.

My eldest has autism and I used that argument when I got my other 3 vaccinated. Yes living with autism is difficult but you can die from measles and whopping cough. I think one of the reasons is that the MMR is linked with Autism is that MMR is giving at the age when Autism becomes more apparent. We knew with out youngest…

Rude ignorant B**ches. Enjoy the free stuff and carry on sweating.

Yes - I was 100lbs overweight when I started MFP and I've been a coeliac for over 20 years.
-
Well done on taking the first step. As others have suggested try stretching afterwards and it does get easier and less painful.

I can understand the guilt. In the evenings I'm either at the gym or studying ( getting my degree online) and yes I do miss spending time with the kids. But you are also entitled to do something for you and getting fitter will also benefit them in the long term. In my case I started 100lbs overweight and if I did not too…

I take them ( well when I can find a brand that is free from all foods I'm allergic too) as I have a restricted medical diet and have to take them under medical supervision.
-
I've got a few to go on my xmas list - Jensen Ackles one for starters

I'm a coeliac (for 20 years) so no gluten for me but guess what I joined on here because i was 100lbs overweight. Yes many people are sensitive to gluten and it can help some by removing it from their diet its not a route I would recommend. If you do think you have issues with please visit your GP and have a chat with them.
-
I would concentrate on the diet first. As its an medical issue you may find that you start losing weight once your body has sett;led down.
-
Hi There is a whole gluten free group on here. Also if you take a look at my diary it is all gluten free as I'm a coeliac. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/129-gluten-free

No choice for me as I cant have Cheese due dairy intolerance.

Coconut oil can be quite nice and I've heard that sesame oil gives it a pleasant taste.

I'll have to try that especially with winter coming up.
