I used to have rice porridge for breakfast. Its normally in the rice or pudding section and called Flacked Rice. Just add milk of choice and boil up like porridge.

i know it nowhere near most of every bodies but I'm proud that I've hit 2 km or 1.25 miles in one go. Both outside and on the tread mill.

Thank you for such an amazing post. I'm glad I'm one of those on your friends list and everyday you put me to shame by how hard you work. It is a hard long journey but it is well worth it and as you say it starts with a single step.

As a teenager i used to suffer from very heavy painful periods and no it was not an option to work out then. Now after having four kids they tend not to be painful but are still very very heavy but since moving to a menstrual cup i have no problems working out. Words of wisdom. I l'ove' the fact that people think that being gluten free will help with the weight loss. I'm a coeliac and have been for over 20 years but still managed to put on over 100lbs. I also cant have eggs, soya or diary lus a bunch of other stuff but still can go over my calories very easily.

Lots of Vic C and zinc is suppose to help. If you can hold of some echinacea that will also help. For a sore throat try honey and lemon and if your chest is really bad try sitting in a room full of steam - eg turn the shower up high and shut the door. Hi I did one two weeks ago at 192lb - get both upper body strength workouts and running in. It is hard work but also great fun - I've got a Tough Mudder in just under 3 weeks so training for that now. Good luck and Enjoy

Get a good pair of walking boots - try Sports Direct or Go Outdoors. Layers also work well plus a good windproof jacket.

Wow- you look amazing - and glowing with good health. Well done with all the hard work. I think the Doctors latter is a fantastic idea and I think the main problems is that people are jealous. I would keep a diary of events and take it to someone higher up.

I think you also have to be flexible. Suppose to be at the gym tonight for classes but have a poorly LO so going to have to be the treadmill instead.

I must admit I do miner barefoot - I do have some cross trainers but they hurt my feet so need new ones and did not want to try in my running shoes. The only problem is that I tend to find a kids toys underfoot half way through the workout,
