NAKD bars as they are safe for me to eat. My favourites are the gingerbread and the berry ones.

I'll send you a FR. Been on here over 500 days now.

I'm shipley way but Hello anyway.

I'm doing the North West one instead now but have got a Spartan on Sunday. Good luck.

Mine normally start about 8 hours afterwards and last for about a week after eating gluten. Reactions to other foods take different tmes and I think some of it is delayed as I now have to take a daily antihistamine.

I'm so sorry Guys. Normally deals on these sorts of sites are legit. I know I researched Mighty Deals before I ordered and everything seemed good. At least MightyDeals are refunding the price paid and the extra postage.

Sounds great. Just remember that most oats can be contaminated so if you are gluten free for medical reasons make sure that you buy from a brand that confirm they are gluten free.

Doing my first Spartan in 3 weeks and then my first TM in 9 weeks. Cant wait.

I would normally put it down to weight loss or extra exercise but in this case it does sound like you need to get it checked out by a Doctor. If nothing else you may find your iron levels affected.

mine just came via the postman. For those worried it should fit through the post box.

Hi I'm a coeliac and have ben gluten free over 20 years. There is a great group on here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/forums/show/129-gluten-free

've just tried 'gluten free' oats and its a no go - no stomach problems but asthma went off the scale. The info I read is that not to try them for at least six months after going on a g/f diet and then give them a go. Here is some useful advice:…

Reading this with trepidation as I'm doing my first TM in 6 weeks. Not looking forward to tunnels or jumping of a high wall but the rest not too worried about (YET!!)

I'm a coeliac and have been for over 20 years so I don't eat bread. However in the last 10 years I managed to get 100lbs overweight. Yes cut out bread if you have a medical reason but I dont think it is the 'holy grail' for weight loss for most people.

Ditto - I always find that after a few weeks of training heavily and then taking a break the scales are at their lowest after the break.

Well done thats amazing.

Yes i'm in the UK so without a diagnosis DRs tend to be less helpful..
-
Good luck. I'm hoping this for xmas.

The reason I have a medical diagnosis is that I have access to more services. Because it is a medical condition my doctor runs a blood test every year to make sure that I'm OK. I can also get food on prescription which again is open to those who have a diagnosis and when I'm a bit older they have said that i will get…

The only thing with testing for coeliacs you have to be eating gluten at the time for a positive result.

Waiting for the post man to bring mine. Do you need any equipment as we will be taking it on holiday (if it arrives on time).

Wow that is a great achievement - those push ups are not easy.

Have a gander at my diary. I'm gluten and milk free (plus a few others) and most meals I'm cooking for my 4 kids ranging from 3 to 14. One thing my kids love is fried rice( well that's what we call it) which is cooked rice fried (we use a small amount of olive oil) with meat and veggies - we usually use chicken but most…

I would suggest you YouTube it and there will be plenty of videos.

bumping as I can have the waffles even with all my restrictions. Need a waffle maker now.
-
This!! Cant really argue with that!!

We got our code this morning - about 30 hours after ordering it. They normally say 24 hours before it comes. Hubby put order this morning with no problems. Fingers crossed it goes ok.
-
WOW - well done. I've got my first Spartan in 5 weeks and cant wait now.

I d both as I'm in training for Tough Mudder. As I'm overweight I' noticing that that the fat is disappearing but there is defiantly muscle hiding underneath it all.

I went out Saturday night and did not want to drink to much so just alternated a drink with a diet coke.
