Sounds delicious. Have you tried adding veggies when you scramble the eggs like onion and peppers?

My new favorite is a Thomas Triple Heath English muffin (100 calories), topped with two tbsp. reduced fat peanut butter (190 calories), 1/2 banana (around 60 calories) and a drizzle of honey (around 30). Super delicious and keeps me very full!

Try jicama in your salads or eat for a snack. Its a delicious veggie that has the texture of a root veggie but the sweetness of an apple or pear.

Wollersheim Prairie du Fume - the only delicious Wisconsin wine. It's similar to a pinot grigio.

I enter my amounts as a percentage - so if you eat 10, and a portion is 23, I would put in .45 as my serving size. It may be off my a few calories, but not anything I worry about.

Everyone is free to add me. I've been on MFP for awhile, but finally got serious about losing weight so I log daily. I'm 25, started at 258, currently lost 14lbs, and looking to get down to 160

I'm in the same situation as you are. I'm 25, 5'9 and started at 258 in April and now down to 247. I carry my weight very well considering my weight but I want to loss the extra baggage once and for all. My goal weight is currently set at 160. All may add me.

I discovered my new favorite breakfast this morning. Thomas multi grain English muffin toasted with reduced fat crunchy peanut butter, topped with sliced bananas and drizzled with honey. Yum!

When out at restaurants or bars and you want to order cocktails, always opt for vodka since its fairly low in calories. My drink of choice is a vodka/water and then I add my own crystal light mixers for flavor

Chicken and Cheese Skillet - my specialty! Marinate chicken breasts with olive oil, red pepper flakes, black pepper, chopped garlic and parsley for at least 2 hours. Quarter a large onion and dice up a green pepper - large chunks work the best. Throw the chicken onto an electric skillet for about 5 - QP minutes, then add…

I always have an assortment of almonds and fiber one granola bars in my desk. I bring with me hard boiled eggs, grapes, Greek yogurt and celery w/ peanut butter

Sounds tasty

Make delicious kebabs with equal parts honey, extra virgin olive oil and soy sauce and add chopped garlic. This chicken kebab marinade tastes delicious with pineapple, onion and green pepper

I'm 24 and looking to lose 80-90 lbs. Anyone may add me

It's for one biscuit and about a cup and a half of the veggie mixture To cut down on calories or sodium, you'd probably be just fine using half the amount of cheese. Full nutritional info: 423 calories, carbs: 46g, fat: 10g, protein 33g

You don't. You say you don't see him since he met the girl, then why did you agree to stand up for him at his wedding? Sounds like you're the one not being a good friend here. Sorry.

tomato and broccoli with otria greek yogurt veggie dip

Check the recipe forum for the chicken & biscut casserole that I just posted. It's fast, easy, uses ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen, and its delicious. As an after thought, I would maybe cut the cheese down by half next time around.

There are fantastic websites and blogs that lighten up otherwise high calorie, high fat dinners. Try those out, and come to a compromise. My favorite websites are skinnytaste.com, emilybites.com and eatingwell.com
