Hi all - I'm Amanda. I am 30 years old and a full-time event planner, full-time wife and doggy mom, and part-time grad student working on my MBA. I have been moderately successful following Weight Watchers, and will continue to do so with more focus on calories and micros.

I usually eat a lighter breakfast because I'm not too hungry in the morning (around 200), about 300-400 for lunch, 400-500 for dinner because I like bigger dinners and the rest I use on filling snacks/mini-meals.

I went up a pound this week, but that's to be expected since I "dropped" four the week prior.

I completely estimate on that. I really don't hink on additional 10 calories or so is going to hurt me. Measuring before is fine, but measuring after and subtracting the difference is a little obsessive in my opinion. If it works for others great, but I don't want to make a lifestyle change of measuring every single thing.

I work a full time desk job so I have my activity set to sedentary since z large majority of my day is spent in front of a computer. However, I serve tables here and there on the weekends, but maintain my activity level. I don't log it as exercise but I also don't worry if I go over my calorie goal that day by 100-200…

Are we doing half points, for example if we drank 10 cups of water but didn't walk 30 minutes we'd get half?

I weighed in yesterday for my starting weight, do you want my weight today for the "1st Weigh-In" column?

As I said, the original recipe calls for it to be warm, but I prefer it cold. I substituted feta for cotija cheese since its impossible to find in my grocery store
