This is seriously the easiet, most delicious meal I have made in awhile. Yields: 4 servings Calories: 322 Carbs: 10g Fat: 8g Protein: 44g Sodium: 782 mg (this will be reduced greatly if you use the breadcrumb version) Remember: these numbers are entirely dependent on the brand you use 4 6oz chicken breasts 1 cup shredded…

High Protein Snacks
Does anybody have any recommendations for high protein snacks, excluding protein shakes? While carbs aren't "bad," I try to shy away from having high carb snacks because they don't generally keep me full. I've tried apples w/ peanut butter, hard boiled eggs, greek yogurt, and almonds, but I want something new.

Selectively Looking for Friends
Hi all - I've been the this site for awhile and have been pretty active in the forums, having friends, logging, etc. However, I recently discovered that I haven't built any connections with anybody on this site, even with a ton of friends. So, I deleted everyone I had to start fresh. What I'm looking for: I'm looking for a…

Hi Ladies - For all you lifters out there, how did you start? I currently do cardio, but I'd like to build in more lifting early in the game. Did you start with machines, a trainer, etc? Any tips or advice is appreciated.

Strawberry season is finally here in Wisconsin, so I'll be picking my own and getting way more than I'll probably need on Saturday. What is your best, most delicious and nutritious strawberry recipe?

Cheesy Comfort Food: Chicken & Buscuit Casserole
I tried this tonight and it was so good: cheesy, creamy and a total comfort food without the calories. Chicken & Biscuits Casserole (aka deconstructed chicken pot pie) 1 can Campbell’s 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup 3/4 cup fat free sour cream, divided 2 cups cooked chopped chicken 1 pkg (16oz.) frozen mixed vegetables…

Easy and Healthy Party Food Ideas
I'm throwing a 30th birthday party for my boyfriend in the next couple weeks at a local bar later at night. I need some easy, relatively cheap, healthier finger food ideas that I could serve to a group of 50-75 people. Some stipulations: - is easily transportable and doesn't have to be kept warm -will appeal to a hoard of…

I found low calorie gnocchi! Now what?
I was victorious at the grocery store and I found gnocchi that was half the calories of all the other brands. Now what do I make with it? Does anyone have low calorie recipes they've tried and loved? Links to websites is appreciated as well.

Do you a low-calorie, tasty fondue recipe?
Perhaps its an oxymoron, but I'm looking for a low-calorie fondue recipe. Thanks!

What's for dinner when it's too hot to cook?
I'm in a serious hot/humid weather funk, and have no desire to cook, much less turn on my oven and heat up the house. The grill isn't working either right now, so that's not an option. I'd really like to just go out to eat, but I'm eating a heavy meal tomorrow for the Fourth of July and don't want two high calorie meals…

I need new wrap options for lunch
I love wraps and I eat them almost everyday for lunch, but I'm starting to run out of new, tasty ideas. Right now I'm obsessed with Tumaro's 95% fat free, low carb tortillas (60 cals, 2g fat, 85mg sodium, 11g carb, 7g fiber, 6g protein) My combos include: Tuna, spinach, cracked pepper, craisins Tuna, spinach, alfalfa…

What was your small success today?
We can't jump on the scale everyday and miraculously lose 5 lbs, but we can all have small victories every day. Mine was eating out for lunch, and not eating the crispy, buttery, garlicy bread that came with my otherwise healthy blackened chicken salad. Not much, but normally I would have devoured it.

Let's see you "How Did I Get THAT Big" photo
I think we all have one. Mine is what jump started my weight loss. Two years ago I lost 50lbs by crash dieting, but then I gained it all back and learned a hard lesson that weight loss is a slow, steady marathon, not a race. Anyway, my boyfriend and I got Old Time photos done, and I dressed up in 1920's flapper garb. When…

What Protein Do You Eat For Breakfast?
I love eggs, but I'm getting sick of them. What do you eat to get your morning protein, other than protein shakes? I'm looking for food/recipe ideas rather than adding protein powder to random things.

Does MFP Underestimate Protein Goal?
Everyday I am over my protein goal. I eat a lot of chicken, nuts, cottage cheese, ground turkey, etc, and I always end up over. Does MFP underestimate what your daily goal should be? Right now it says I need to eat 56g/day, but I average 75-80/day

For the Recipe Junkies
I admit it, I am a complete and total recipe junkie. I could spend hours a day flipping through cookbooks and websites finding new, healthful recipes. Peanut Butter While Watching Weight
I like peanut butter, but I don't like it enough to crave it, or want it on a daily basis. However, I've heard it has a lot of nutritional value. Within moderation of course, is peanut butter something I should be working into my diet? Or since I'm not a huge fan, should I just leave it alone?
