I love wraps and I eat them almost everyday for lunch, but I'm starting to run out of new, tasty ideas.

Right now I'm obsessed with Tumaro's 95% fat free, low carb tortillas (60 cals, 2g fat, 85mg sodium, 11g carb, 7g fiber, 6g protein)

My combos include:
Tuna, spinach, cracked pepper, craisins
Tuna, spinach, alfalfa sprouts, cracked pepper
Shredded chicken marinaded in buffalo sauce, pepperjack cheese, lettuce
Ham/Turkey, spinach, pepperjack cheese, mustard

There is a recipe on the Recipe Board for Crockpot Buffalo Chicken which I tried last week - it is great on wraps! I took it to work and got some spinach, onions, and a few crumbles of bleu cheese to add to it from the salad bar in the cafeteria.

I love black beans with salsa and avacado. You can add in corn, bell peppers, etc to mix it up. They are so good and have very little calories. You could also switch it up with other kinds of beans and veggies to keep it interesting

I have two wraps that I thoroughly enjoy

I really love Flat Out Multi-Grain with Flax
    100 calories
    280 mg sodium
    8g dietary fiber
    1g sugar
    9g protien

I add to that one of the two following sets

    2 tbsp hummius
    15-20 leaves of baby spinach
    Sliced sweet peppers
    Sliced Cucumbers
    Alfalfa Sprouts

    or

Part of a wholly guacamole 100 calorie pack
    Oscar Meyer Select Turkey
    Sliced Sweet Peppers

I am definately going to try the crock pot buffalo chicken. I love buffalo chicken and I would love to make it myself. That and I could use it on homemade pizzas too.

I see that you use alot of tuna, have you thought about canned or fresh salmon? I made a salmon spread earlier that I am going to use for lunch this week on a multigrain sandwich thin.

The portabella wrap sounds delicious too.
