Trying to make my entries, for example when I had grocery store brand almonds lets say about 10 of them but it only lets me select 1 oz (23 almonds)?? I don't like how it'll only let me pick from that instead of putting in the correct amount I know I have, what should I do?

I believe you can create a new entry for what ever food you have and it gets saved into your database of foods you have used recently. You have to enter all the calories, carbs, fats, etc, plus it allows you to select what a serving size is.0

subtract or divide, then convert to decimal percentage0

I enter my amounts as a percentage - so if you eat 10, and a portion is 23, I would put in .45 as my serving size. It may be off my a few calories, but not anything I worry about.0
