Delete people who you'd no longer like to have as a friend, and start fresh.

My dad's tuna noodle casserole. When I was in college, every time I came home he knew to make it for me.

MFP generally sets protein fairly low. I recommend going into your goals section, click on the customize button and enter your macro percentages as 40/30/30 (carbs/protein/fat). Try that and see where you're at.

You will see a lot of mixed answers on these forums, but my best advice I can give is to start with eating back half of your calories burned and see how that impacts your weight loss.

You will not go into starvation mode after one day. That's simply not possible, and it's tossed around too frequently on these forums. Stop, get something to eat and eat/plan better the next day. No harm, no foul.

First thing first. You need to eat over 1200 calories, especially if you're working out on a daily basis. You're not even eating enough to fuel your body, much less to fuel it with excercise added in. Try eating the amount of calories that MPF tells you to for awhile. I'm a huge believer that workout equipment only give…

I love this workout! I just started and after 5 days I have already lost an inch off my waist and 1/2 inch off my thighs. Incredible!

Absolutely. I've recommended to a few of my male friends already.

Tumaro's 95% fat-free multi grain tortillas. They are 60 calories, 11 net carbs, 8g of fiber and really good. They don't have that cardboard taste that a lot of wheat tortillas have. They also come in salsa flavor,

Welcome! You and everyone else may add me. I started by weight loss in mid-April and am currently down 32lbs. I still have another 68 to lose.

As much as I love NSync, my heart will forever belong to Nick Lachey and 98 degrees. Feel free to add me!

I'm a huge fan of skinnytaste.com but I recently discovered emilybites.com and skinnykitchen.com

I'll seach for the group now. I have about 45lbs I want to lose by Christmas

It's entirely dependent on the person. For me, I had 100lbs total to lose, but I carry most of my weight in my legs. At my highest weight of 250lbs I was an overflowing 36DD. I'm not 32lbs lighter and still overflowing those bras.

Sounds delicious. thank you!

When I was little I wandered off everywhere sometimes too fast. When we would go on vacation, to the zoo, etc I wore a bracelet that was connected to a bracelet on my Dads wrist so I wouldn't get lost. He told me it was to keep him safe and I was none the wiser (I felt obligated to protect my Dad from getting lost). If…

thank you

Hard to tell with no face but 33?

Looks yummy!

I'm at 30lbs right now, but I've lost weight before and I know I won't need one. Even given my highest weight of 250lbs (size 14 pant), I've always been "small" for my size which is fortunately due to being 5'10. However, the slower you lose weight, sticking as close to 2lbs per week, you're skin will be able to adjust by…

It amazes me how poorly some people raise their children and teach them to be heartless and cruel. I would never have disrespected someone like that. Not then, not now, not ever. For gooness sake, at 24 I still won't even say "crap" in front of my parents :)

Ditto. When I work out, I'm hot, sweaty and not in the mood to socialize because I probably look like crap. The gym is not a good place to meet women.

You have to be willing to make a change in your habits and put in the effort to see results. Start slow by logging everything and eating within your caloric limits, aiming to hit your macros every day. Don't be afraid to try new foods. Then work in excercising a few times a week. Lastly, find support friends and throw out…
