marinate chicken in olive oil, red pepper flakes, black pepper, chopped garlic and parsley for a few hours. Then saute in an electric skillet. When half way through cooking, add in coarsely chopped (bite size) large onion and green pepper. When chicken is thorougly cooked add a slice of cheese and let melt. This is one of…

That is reaching... a lot. It's like counting light housework and laundry as excercise. As far as I'm concerned, if I don't have an elevated heart rate, it's not cardio. If they are just looking for a reason to eat more, they need to change their activity level setting or reduce how quickly they want to lose weight.

Beer, cheese, brats, Aaron Rogers and Ryan Braun. Seriously, what's not to love? Did I mention all you Harley fans can give Wisconsin a round of applause?

Your macros are your daily carb, fat and protein intake. You can change them under the goals link, click change goals, customize goals and change your nutriment percentage goals. You'll find eating more lean protein will increase your weight loss faster than eating processed carbs

I log my whole day in the morning before breakfast. I change up what I eat every day so I don't get bored with the same meals day after day. Pre-logging allows me to make sure I have enough to eat at each meal to keep me full (so I don't have to worry about not having any calories left for dinner!), but also to make sure I…

One more thing: Try manually changing your macro settings to a 40/30/30 split (cabs, fat, protein) and try to hit those as much as possible.

From the few days I saw, I noticed a few things: -Eat more. Try to eat back at least half of your excercise calories, and never eat under 1200 calories. You will only set yourself up for fast weight gain later. -Eat more protein! I cannot stress this enough- aim for 100g a day -Cut back your carbs - aim for 100-130g per…

I'm making a positive change for myself and trying to connect with people doing the same. It's much easier to get to know and encourage people you can put a name and face with it. And to be honest, I have never felt "ashamed" to post my real weight. Most people on here are in the same boat and full of encouragement. Most…

No clear straps- yuck! I am a 36DD and I have a strapless from Victoria's Secret that I love. They have a lot of different varieties so try them on to see what fits you best.

I ate awful yesterday, and I feel awful today. I wouldn't even know where to begin logging, but I'm aware of what I ate and why the scale is up today. I've been doing really well, but yesterday I managed to eat a pizza, brats, chips, loads of beer, brownies, pasta salads, pulled pork, etc. I am very uncomfortable today.

Sounds like a delicious alternative for this cheesecakes lover!
-
I wrap mine in foil, stab a few times with a fork, and throw them on the grill for an hour. Then I top with a little butter, splenda and cinnamon.

Nope, just join the group and get me your stats!

Clearance racks are my best friend.

People have a wealth of knowledge on this site, and if they choose not to use it, or absorb some of it, that's their choice. If they wanted to be healtier, they have the opportunity to learn more. If they don't, it's none of my business and doesn't derail me or bother me in the slightest.
-
TODAY is the last day to join the group and get your stats in to play!

I asked that anyone who wants to participate, but gets "eliminated" to keep weighing in even if they aren't the "Biggest Loser." It's not just about losing the most weight, but more about a support system that is both encouraging and helpful. Good luck to you on your weight loss.

Hello and welcome to MFP! You, as well as everyone else, are free to add me. I'm Amanda, 24, and have done this whole losing weight thing before. Two years ago, I crash dieted to 200lbs, but lost my motivation when I plateaued, and ended up gaining all the weight back plus some. Well now, it's time for me to be serious.…

Breakfast - make omelettes at home with chicken, ham, (some) cheese and a whole mess of veggies. Tastes delicous, is high in protein and low calorie Snacks - try fat-free sugar-free vanilla lattes if you must go to starbucks. They're about 110ish calories and taste delicious. Another option is black coffee or hot tea.…

Mine has never leveled out and I've been doing it for 2 months. I assume my body would have gotten used to it by now. Today I had a job interview at 10:30am, and I refused to drink any water this morning for fear I'd have to get up 20 times during the interview to use the bathroom.

The funny part about that is I work at a botancial garden as an event planner, but still funny.
