Honesty - the regular vodka tastes like a headache waiting to happen. Get the good stuff for the extra 30 calories. Well worth not having a headache.

I'm Amanda, 24, with 75lbs left to shed. I thrive with competition, especially with people that have the same amount to lose. I'm looking more for motivation, recipe ideas, and weekly check ins to keep me focused. My overall goals are: SW: 250 GW: 150 CW (June 26) 225 Goals: July 15 - 215 September 1 - 200 (this will be…

I'm usually up 5+ pounds early in the week, but drop back down to my original weight by the end/middle. I usually end up losing a few too.

Oreos - I'll eat all of them within a few days

Brilliant!

I eat heatlhy foods to hit my caloric need and my macros, but I do eat junk food sometimes, like last night I had chinese takeout. I guess the real reason that detracts me from eating too much fast food is the sodium levels and fat content, but I will eat it from time to time. I have to take into consideration that cutting…

Up your protein. Try changing your macro goals to 40/30/30 (carbs, protein, fat) and see what happens. Lean protein like chicken, fish and tuna will help keep you full longer and curb your hunger.

Thank you to all the photo sharers. All all look absolutely amazing. Congratulations on your successes so far!

It's a personal choice of what works best for you. Personally, I don't have "cheat" days. I see a lot of people write down everything they want for their "cheat" day and gorge. I don't think that's the healthiest approach, Again, it's a matter of opinion. I focus more on controlling my portions, staying within my calories…

I got this!! I served there back in college: Lunch size capellini pomodoro, sub wheat linguine (pasta tossed in diced tomatoes, olive oil, spices, etc and is one of my favorites) Apricot chicken (its chicken glazed in apricot sauce served with broccoli and asperagus), or you can sub one of the veggies for whole wheat pasta…

Really? This is what bothers you the most? People cant even give compliments anymore without offending someone.

Weight loss is 70% diet and 30% excercise. What you put in your body makes a huge difference on your ability to lose weight and maintain a healthy energy level. Hit your macros, eat lean meats and incorporate more veggies and water into your diet

I get what you're trying to prove, but mostly you come off as a stereotypical jerk.

That looks so delicious

Yep, I always, always, always have healthy snacks at work so when I'm hungry I'm not tempted to munch on the junk in the office. Also pre-logging my food for the day to know where/what my calories are and seeing how many calories/fat/sodium is in the junk food certainly helps too.

Yummy!

I totally get the towel wrapping NSV. I was super pumped when that happened to me.
