Wraps - generally I use Tumaros 95% fat free, low carb, mulitgrain tortillas (only 60 calories each with 8g of fiber!) Varieties include: Turkey (or ham), yellow mustard, pepperjack, spinach tuna, mayo, spinach, cracked black pepper chicken, buffalo sauce, spinach, pepperjack, corn, black beans (or omit corn and black…

I'm at 226 right now. All are free to add me. Good luck!

Let it roll!

Do you have the recipe? I love quiche and I love cottage cheese, so sounds like a good recipe for me.

Sounds like you need to start lifting to firm everything up. Look at the success stories of those who have even done 30DS! Absolutely amazing. Try switching up your routine. I'm not sure what you do for excercise, but it has to involve weights.
-
You have obviously thinner arms and a more defined waist. Good job! You are doing so well.

I love that place, absolutely love it. So, when I go on a rare occasion, I eat what I want. One meal of wings will not set me back.

Believe it or not - Walmart. It was the only swimsuit I could find with the right amount of support.

Be patiet. You didn't gain the weight overnight, and you won't lose it overnight. Weight loss is a marathon, but so rewarding and worth every minute. Every step you take in the right direction is a step towards a happier, heathlier you.

You look fabulous! Getting over nevers can be difficult, way to go!

I'm 5'9, and I've always been told I carry my weight well. I'm sure because most of it is in my boobs and butt!

No judgements on this forum. It is only filled with encouraging and supportive people.

Thank you, the support is appreciated.

I'm around 1,340 on non-workout days, but it should give you some ideas. I eat a lot of high fiber, high protein food, but I'm by no means a clean eater. If it's not open to the public, all are free to add me. Good luck on your weight loss!

What a handsome man! Congratulations, you are very inspiring!

My diary is open to the public (I believe). I'm by no means a clean eater, I do make sure to hit most of my marcros on a regular basis. I also love to share recipes. All are free to add me. Good luck on your weight loss!

Flushes a lot of sodium out of your body. The more you drink, the less water weight you have. Plus, it does wonders for your skin.

I started at 250 (my heaviest), I'm currently 226, and my goal weight is 150. I had a hard time coming to terms with how much weight I had gained, because I never felt like a big girl. However, recent pictues of myself on a vacation with my boyfriend really opened my eyes to how heavy I've become. I'm two months into…

Here's hoping this works, it's my first time every posting photos. I'm currently sitting at 226, and would like to get down to 150. One piece: Okay, so not a bikini, but same concept:

My muufin top jeans are no longer muffin top jeans.

I have either a one piece or bra/underwear that I am willing to post. What's it going to be ladies? And to all the beautiful women who have posted thus far, congratulations on loving and appreciating the body you have but still working to improve yourself everyday!
-
I noticed around 50lbs my last time around, but since you see yourself everyday, it's hard to notice the small changes. I've 22lbs so far and I couldnt tell in the mirror, but then I took a photo. Wow, what a difference! Pictures don't lie. You'll never get a before picture now, but take one anyway for any further weight…

Hi Allie! Welcome to MPF and feel free to add me. Like you, I seemed to gain quite a bit of weight after high school and am ready to shed it all off. Good luck to you on your weight loss.

I'm 5'9 and would like to be about 150, possibly more. Overall, I'd like to keep my curves, and settle around a size 4-6.
