I love the Kraft line! I alternate between the Fat Free/Low Calorie French, Thousand Island and Italian! All are 50 calories/2 tbsp (I believe) and very nummy!

I put on a size 22 denim short that I bought last year (even though they did not fit...but would get into them!) and they FIT! Perfectly! From a size 28 3 months ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It really does depend on the guy and his "natural build". Both are great with the exception of the so overly muscled they have lost their necks and waist!!! I personally prefer someone who is active...hiking, swimming, sports, etc. So toned and/or muscled makes no difference to me!

Any trail mixes are great. You typically get 1/3 to 1/2 cup per serving and cal is normally around 110-130. Plus, quite filling. Pretzels are agreat snack, nuts (healthy fats), any fruits like bananas, apples, oranges, cherries, grapes.

Absolutely! I have not "removed" anything from my normal foods. I have just learned to proportion them better to fit within my calories. Plus, I find I don't "need" them as much as I used to. I do look for better options without consciencely doing it! find what works for you! U need to "play" with your food to find out…

I do the best I can to log everything. But, I have forgotten a few times to log a coffee or a snack. Or, forgot I had double of something and only logged 1/2. When I notice I have done this, I try to add 15 minutes of exercise in the next day!

I count, weigh, measure everything! When I stopped cause I thought I had the portions sized, my results were minimal! So, I am religious when it comes to proportion sizes! Plus, it keeps me from constantly munching away!

Igive in...but make sure I have exercised enough to burn at least 300 calories over what I normally do which is approx. 600/day! Then, there is barely any guilt! LOL!

I make Whole Wheat PinWheels. I grab a can of whole wheat crescent rolls and roll out the entire can in one piece. I gently knead/pinch the seams together so that it stays whole. I brush it very lightly with 1/4 tbsp of olive oil. Then, I sprinkle on 1/4 to 1/2 cup shredded cheese and crumbled turkey bacon (approx. 6-8…
