No. When I cook, I cook for me and always make extras for left overs or for my family to join me. I live in a house with 2 other adults, so if they don't want what I am cooking, too bad. They are big enough to make something for themselves. In regard to when I have kids in the house, they really don't know the difference…

I stayed home alone and had a beer all by myself! It was also my Golden birthday! Not the recommended way to spend ANY birhtday! :)

I am ink free and will stay that way! Not a fan of tatoos at all! I personally find them unattractive. I do understand that those who have them get them for stong emotional or personal reasons. It is just not for me!

My heaviest weight was 353 pounds (on a 5'5 frame) about 6 years ago. I weighed 311 on Jan. 15 of this year and am currently weighing in @ 275.

According to my doc and trainer...you burn almost double the calories in water due to the resistance than you would walking, running, using the elliptical. If you think the amount is too high, cutyour time in half so the calorie burn is lower.

I was going to the gym every day...sometimes twice a day! Had lost over 20 pounds. Then, I tore my hamstring in my right thigh. Was laid up for almost 6 months. Lunch meat and Cottage cheese! I have had to learn to only use 1/2 a serving of lunch meat for my sammies....but a 1/2 serving of cottage cheese will not do! That only gives a 1/4 cup! LOL! :tongue:

I weigh on the first of the month ONLY! At the same time...and before I dress, eat, or drink. There are too many fluctuations throughout the month for me to weigh more often. And, it is not about the number for me. It is about how I FEEL! :)

I am 5'5....but I only have a 22 inch inseam....VERY short legs. Because of this and the fact that I am very broad shouldered and hipped, I think that at my height, 150 will be great. I will be happy anywhere between 150 and 175!

I am generally an upbeat and positive person. But, now, I am HAPPY! Been so long and it feels so GREAT! I am finally doing something just for me and nothing but positive has come from it!
