Before and Present - 118lbs lost in just over a year

started at 424lbs, picture didn't half kick start me, didn't realise i was quite so big! denial big time huh! started taking front on and side on piccys at roughly 400lbs and today i currently weigh 306lbs, still looking to loose another 100lbs or so but im glad to say that im over half way there!
