I've put quite a bit of weight back on. I managed to lose around 89lbs. So now I've decided to do something about it again. I've been dieting for about 3-4 weeks now and my weight hasn't even budged. If anything I've put on a lb in that time.

i only eat the pizza because i play quite a bit of football so its just an easy thing to have, i used the calculator on mfp, but i'll check out the calculator you linked! thanks for the help!

I only reduced my calories by 100 so i dont think i would need to increase them. I'm going to try different exercises and see if that helps

Yeap around 4-5 months, im not sure exactly! I've lost 2lbs in the last 4 weeks. I'm just gonna stick at it for another couple weeks to see if it comes off a bit quicker, and if not i'll reduce my calories again. Thanks for the help!

I'm never going to go back to my old habits, I've come to far to mess it up now i think. I'm going to try vary what i eat. As for the exercise i do tend to mix it up quite often anyway, but i suppose i could try and do more. Thanks for the advice it's been really helpful!
