The pounds are not dropping!
I'm really struggling to lose the pounds despite rarely going above 1700 calories a day. Does anyone have an explanation for this? As mentioned above I stick to around 1,700 calories a day. not losing weight regularly and consitently
erm I've been on this diet for about 4 months now, and have had a lot of success whilst following mfp. However for the past few weeks I've only lost a couple of pounds. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas as to why this may be thanks :)
