Need help getting motivated again!

I've been using MFP for well over a year now, and in doing so I lost over 9 stone to reach my goal weight of 196lbs.

However since christmas I have put a good 30 of those pounds back on, and i cant seem to motivate myself to lose the weight again!

So i was just wondering if anyone has any ideas to help me get motivated again!

    Did you write down all the reasons you want to reach a healthy weight goal? If so, reading the list daily might help. If not, maybe now is the time to do so. Put it somewhere you will see it daily, and if you have a particular trouble zone, like fast food or skipping workouts, try to put a copy where you will see it when you are tempted (under your sun visor in the car, with your running shoes, fridge door, whatever works. )

    Maybe also try setting up your environment to make it easier to follow the plan without needing as much motivation. If you keep only low calorie density and high nutrient density foods in your house, it will be much easier to feel full and get all your required nutrients without overshooting your calorie goal. Or leave gym clothes in the car so you can exercise on your way home from work and skip the part where you have to go home for them and fight the temptation of the couch. I exercise first thing in the morning, and I sleep in my gym clothes so I wake up dressed and ready to go; all I need is shoes.
