you can do anything you feel fit enough to do with the exception of martial arts or anything similar that my risk inpact into your abdomin, or an excessive number of sit ups. those abdominal muscles need to strtch quite a bit this year! apart from that, whatever takes your fancy

i do the opposite to what others have advised. i purposely use up most of my calories in the day leaving just enough for my dinner and possibly a piece of fruit or very small snack in the evening. i try to make lunch my biggest meal of the day so that when i get home i'm not too hungry. also, i really hate to go over my…

my girlfriend is amazing . despite being about 80pounds overweight,she has always told me im beautiful . and now she has joined MFP too and even set her calorie goal to be the same as mine for support . i love her very much .

i also eat 1200 a day, along with my girlfriend and we are doing fine. if i do any exercise other than day to day activity i eat those calories back but i am not struggling at all. i manage 3 meals a day and normally a snack and am happy with my weight loss to date. i do find though that 1200 doesnt leave much room for…

exclusive breastfeeding uses around 500 calories per day, so i would add that onto your 1200.

i either have a chicken or prawn salad, or very often a large bowl of special k or bran flaikes with fruit. i keep the cereal at work for the days when i cant be bothered to prepare anything

i dont see how cordial would make a difference, as long as its sugar free. i always drink my 8 glasses of water a day and atleast 7 of those are cordial. its not doing me any harm!

i decide in advance what my weekend treat is going to be, whether a couple glasses of wine or a a nice meal. then i log it first thing saturday morning so i know how many calories i have left for the day to work with. it works well for me

a friend of mine and her girlfriend had been hitting the gym hard, toning up for their beach holiday. then they told me how much they weighed i realised i weighed more than the pair of them put together. enough was enough

every morning and evening, always after using the bathroom and always naked. but i only record my morning weights. i'm never very pleased with the evening ones!

is your body changing shape? maybe now you have burned off so much fat you are increasing in muscle mass rather than regaining fat? if your clothes arent getting tight i wouldnt be worried

i use frylight, the extra virgin olive oil spary. its only 1 calorie per spray and 10 sprays is always enough to cook dinner with. its no good as a salad dressing though

ive lost 18 pounds and it doesnt notice at all yet. but i have alot to lose. but just because i cant see it i still know it has gone, and im getting closer to my goal weight
