i have found that i i lose the binge weight quite quickly if i get straight back to calorie counting and working out. everyone is different but for me, a 6000 calorie binge would probably leave me 1- 1.5kg heavier. im certain you couldnt have put on 5kg in a day!

i just use MFP and have lost 46 pounds so far this year. i religiously stick to my calorie and goal and i almost always eat back all of my exercise calories

good on calories but full of rubbish. i dont think they are good for your body at all so i stay clear of all ready meals. much better to make your own meals and eat left overs or make a big batch of something, divide into portion sizes and freeze so its convenient for when you want it. i do this with healthy chilli,…

dont deny yourself the things you love. just eat within your calorie goal and know that you need to earn your treats. junk food=extra time in the gym!

ive lost 42 pounds and only just lost one dress size. very disappointing! not a single person has noticed my weight loss yet

ive never used one, but i do weigh almost everything that i eat to make sure i am having the correct portion size

loads of fruit and veg, skimmed milk prawns chicken breast any kind of fish quorn mince (very low fat and high in protein) fromage frais or fat free greek yoghurt wholegrain cereals ice pops- feels like a treat and are only about 25 calories fry light spray oil

absolutly. ive lost 40 pounds now and am the exact same weight i was when my girlfriend and i first met. but i still look at myself and think she surely cant find me attractive. i still have alot of weight to lose so i am hoping that the confidence grows with time

i think he needs more exercise. i hve 2 one year old cairn terrirs and one does the same thing if she misses a walk or i try to shorten a walk. despite being very smll my 2 need about 2 hours exercise a day

all of my patients say that my scales weight them differently to their scales at home. my work scales weigh lighter (about 3 pounds)even though i am fully dressed and would have eaten. therefore they are my favourite scales to stand on!

same as above. i have gone way over on sugar every single day since starting MFP because i eat 3 or 4 pieces of fruit a day. but it doesnt seem to be hindering my weightloss so im ignoring it too!

relax! i have gone over on sugar every day since i started mfp because i eat alot of fruit but i have still lost 36 pounds this year. everyone goes over calories once in a while. thats life. it will be fine

most days i have a large bowl of special k with a yogurt and some fruit. today is pineapple and a banana. this is only for convenience. i can bring in a box of cereal and a carton of milk on mondays and thats my preperation done for the week! if i am not being so lazy i have a chicken or feta cheese salad

log it! hopefully seeing how many calories are you drinking will change your habits. if not, drinking days should definately be work out days!

count your weekend calories!!!! maybe allow yourself a couple of hundred extra calories on the weekend but definately still log

ive been here for 3 months, lost 33 pounds and still dont see any difference at all! but i was about 80pounds overweight so i have alot to lose

at lunch time i put in everything for the day. i have already eaten breakfast and lunch, so at this point i know exctly how many calories etc i have left for dinner. if i ate dinner before logging there is a good chance i would overear most days!
