Or I may go all out and make some ham with hashbrowns and toast.
It all depends on what my fiance wants.0 -
tomorrow is my preparation for my big exam monday. so i'm going out to eat with the hubs and getting a tasty tofu scramble with rye bread and strawberry jam. and some fresh hot diner coffee.

Lavash French Toast w Bacon and yogurt.
I am on a carb restricted diet so when I want french toast I take 1 large Lavash, cut into 4 bread size pieces, soak it in scrambled egg, just like real french toast, then "fry" it in a skillet with a little coconut oil. I cook it so that it is just crispy around the edges. Cooked too long and it gets crunchy and not as good. Then I butter it, top with a little splenda and cinnamon and a TBSP of sugar free syrup. OMG it tastes so good that I dont even miss real french toast. I use Josephs Oat, Flax, Omega 3 low carb lavash bread. I have a couple slices low sodium, uncured bacon and if I am still hungry, some low carb yogurt. My Sunday morning favorite.0 -
Juice. Coffee. Greek Yogurt.0

Just be careful. You're not supposed to use a straw when you get a tooth pulled.0 -
Sunday? Sunday is my family breakfast day, so I always make something different than my everyday... tomorrow will be a spinach, ricotta and mushroom frittata on mixed greens drizzled with balsamic glaze, and apple turkey sausage on the side. (I make it myself, it's really not sausage, its made with ground turkey breast, onions & apples, a little maple syrup, sage, black pepper, rosemary and thyme... yum-o!!)0
