Depends whether I swim or not (I usually go first thing on a Sunday)
If I don't swim, probably an apple with a little peanut butter
If I do, poached eggs on toast :)

I usually make an omelet with whatever I have in my fridge but this is my favorite.
    2 eggs
    Mushrooms
    Peppers
    Onions
    Spinach
    Low Fat Ricotta
and sometimes reduced fat shredded cheese.

I don't eat lunch until later in the day so I need a good strong breakfast.

Erm, maybe the same thing as today: granola bar and nonfat yogurt.
Or I may go all out and make some ham with hashbrowns and toast.

It all depends on what my fiance wants.

tomorrow is my preparation for my big exam monday. so i'm going out to eat with the hubs and getting a tasty tofu scramble with rye bread and strawberry jam. and some fresh hot diner coffee.

    normally, i'd make this:

    punkrock punkin bowl:
    1/3 cup canned pumpkin
    1/3cup almond milk
    1/8 tsp salt
    cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spices
    1/3 cup silken tofu
    1/3 cup rolled oats.
blend together til smooth, place in fridge overnight or at least a few hours to settle and expand

add rice whip and vegan chocolate chips after firm enough, mix together and enjoy!
