i started my weightloss journey in April of 2012 after reaching my all time heaviest of 122kg (270pounds). i was disgusted with myself, had no self esteem or confidence and enough was enough. i'm not at my goal weight yet. i want to lose another 35 pounds but i'm really proud of the 63 pounds i have lost. it has taken alot…

fitbits and heart rate monitors
ive been thinking about getting a fitbit but i'm not sure how accurate at calculating calories it is as it doesnt measure your heart rate. has anybody got one and what do you think of it? or does anybody have a good heart rate monitor they can reccommend that doesnt involve a chest strap?

increasing calories?
i've lost 40 pounds this year by restricting to 1200 calories a day (but always eating back exercise calories). the last couple of weeks i have had static weight and then this week a one pound gain. so i am considering increasing my calories to 1400 (my bmr). i have another 40 pounds to lose. did anyone who has tried this…

going to chinese restaurant... help!!!1
hi all, i'm going out for a friends birthday this weekend and we are going to a chinese restaurant. though i know i will probably go over my calorie allowence, i want to make sensible decisions if i can. does anyone have any ideas on what chinese foods/ meals are lower in calories than others?
