Used to be very good with portions, then met blokey and tried keeping up with him. Split up and kept eating the portions lol!! No exercise (or very sparingly for too many years) now met a new blokey, (whos 21st) quit smoking and put more weight on :( start of the journey to get it off today!!! P.S. Im 11 weeks no smoking…

I try to make my salads at home, where I have my electronic weighing scale. I'd asmer, the lettuce, cucember and peppers, teh grams aren't as important as say if you put coldslaw with it though! xx

1300 for a 0.9lb a week loss. I was on 1200 but found it too difficult to keep to on non exercise days. If I do exercise I may eat the calories back, it all depends on whether im still hungry or not (usually am though haha) xx

Wow this is spooky....I was jsut discussing the same with ym collaurges in work. I get them whenever I use my old trainers (usually because I cant find my new ones) I also sufferr really bad when I road run as opposed to treadmill running. Rest is the best way to ensure they heal properly though! xx

Ahh right, ive given myself 3 weeks (the initial 21 days ti takes nicotine to leave your body) to eat what I want when I want to combat the cravings! I plan to start gently exercising next week then really watching what I eat on day 22 :-) Hoping it will make it easier for me to exercise now I wont have smoke filled lungs…
