Chicken Weight
Hi All Got a little confused today! I weighed my chicken for my salad raw - it came to 119gs. When cooked it came to 87g. which wieght should I use for logging. It was stir fried in teriyaki which I account for in my diary at 1tablespoon, but now im ery confused on the chicken?!?!?!

OK so im seriously confused! I advoid them ususally having coverted to the spray type ones :-0 However there is still times when I need a proper oil! Which one is the best, sunflower? Olive? Mixed? Extra virgin? its all so confusing!! :-( All advice welcome....xx

Breakfast times??!!?!
OK so advice from all is welcome. I tend to get up aroung 7.15 - 7.30, get myself ready for work, then eat brekafast when I arrive at work around 8.20 - 8.30. Is this leaving it too long after getting up to eat breakfast, should I be eating it earlier? Also, effeects on the metabolism, does anyone know anyhitng on that? x

I'm getting very confused now...everyone seems to be of the opinion carbs are bad and should be cut back to see results in weightloss...hopwever My two pieces of fruit otdya have contained 61g carbs which is over 30% of my daily allowance? Im going to an exercise class at 7.30 tonight. Dinner is a piece of cod in breadcrumbs with salan and amini petit oain baguette (part cooked ones you can buy) Should I eat this when I get home from work at 5.30, or leave it til after my exercise class, which will prob be around 8.45pm!!? So I tried cooking my own rice and it jsut didnt work. Im now back to tilda micro rice. However a quick query, could I use have the bag for my portion then (providing I stored it correctly) reheat the other half the next day? Save the waste of half a packet!! x

Hey guys....im a little confused!! I know we should all try and eat 5 fruit and veg a day...no I usually snack twice a day on fruit then try and get 3 veg from my evening meal...however, if im not hungry so dont snack, is that ok?? Or should I make myslef eat the fruit to get my 5 a day!?!? x
